The MULTIBANCO Connect is a type of integration that enables the connection of point-of-sale software with a serviced SmartPOS terminal through the MULTIBANCO Connect application and the SIBS protocol. Once the connection is established, the point-of-sale system sends requests to the MULTIBANCO Connect application. These requests can include purchase transactions, returns, closures, receipt information, among others.

In an integration with MULTIBANCO Connect, authentication is carried out using credentials, so there is no need for recurring login.
